 In Astrology there are no good or bad planets. What does exist is the duality of positive and negative energy in the power of selection. I mention this because it actually presents us with the alternative of being aggressive to the point of frustration or negotiate working together to achieve what we want.

 

Mars and Uranus are in exact opposition today June 25th, 2014. This polarity between the power struggle that Mars generates and the need for freedom that Uranus produces, a bit cold and somewhat anarchic to force change, and could create anger and impatience in our environment triggering conflict.

The real message of the opposition of these two planets is to change and work as a team distributing workload to achieve progress just like in wider society. Mars transiting Libra represents cooperation and Uranus transiting the sign of Aries suggests that assertiveness and leadership can help us know how to delegate. That is, if we decide to manage our agenda respecting our need for rest and finishing a project before starting another by working with concentration, we could avoid the accumulation of energy that triggers an explosion.

Beautiful Venus has changed its position and is now transiting the curious sign of Gemini emphasising communication as a tool to achieve what we want.

Venus represents what we want and the energy of the sign of Gemini harmonises with Libra where Mars is located, just like the sign of Aries where Uranus is, signalling that if we know how to negotiate it will make it easier to do it in harmony. Venus in Gemini represents seduction through words creating the need to connect mentally with our relationships.

The Moon is also transiting the dynamic sign of Gemini from 21:07 Tuesday June 24 until June 27, 2014 at 06:10 pm when we will have the New Moon in the sign of Cancer.
