Astrology Weekend for lovers. Valentine's Day - February 14th, 2015! If we love, we have to prove it this Weekend!

In the morning of February 14, 2015 (St Valentine’s Day), we have the adventurous Moon in Sagittarius providing us with a frank, open and liberal energy, supported by the innovative Uranus in Aries and positive Jupiter in Leo.   This warm harmonic triangle of fire is enthusiastic, independent and needs space to explore and for freedom of expression to create and inspire and to offer our point of view...

At night, the moon in Sagittarius will challenge Venus and Mars in Pisces. The Zodiac Lovers (Venus and Mars) represent the desire to love (Venus) and the courage to go for it (Mars).  Both in Pisces emanate energy of tolerance, acceptance and sacrifice in relationships. Venus and Mars are challenged by the honest and blunt Moon, which represents our emotions, and we might feel a need to express ourselves.  If we don’t feel valued then conflict can emerge.

So, if we love then we need to prove it with our behaviour! Love is not easy and to express our true feelings with humility is even more difficult due to the importance we give to our ego and our opinions… However, the stellium of planets in Pisces (Neptune, Chiron, Venus and Mars) indicates the importance of accepting, tolerating and being empathetic with the one we love. This disharmony between the Moon with Venus and Mars to me indicates the need to believe in our relationship aligned with our ideals of what a loving relationship is.

Mercury now direct in Aquarius gives us the ability to share ideas to solve any differences. The Moon is in its last waning quarter of its cycle this weekend. This phase of the Moon creates “crisis in our consciousness” and by being under the visionary sign of Sagittarius indicates that our participation today in our relationship gives us a picture of the future of it.

What if we were to devise something special for Valentine's Day to share with someone we love?  Here are some suggestions according to your partner’s or friend’s sign of the Zodiac.

Aries: The bold and energetic Arians would prefer to start the day very early doing some physical activity. Invite them for a run along the coast or cycling! And then take them for a healthy breakfast or a fresh fruit juice in the local cafe…

Taurus: The loving and patient Taureans probably prefer breakfast in bed, accompanied by an invitation to dinner at a fancy restaurant that has a famous specialty dessert!!! People born under the sign of Taurus need to organise their day to be sure of what they will do. However, they are aware of managing resources and if our budget is tight they will be pleased with a delicious dinner and a delicious dessert in the serenity home.

Gemini: Gemini’s agile and versatile people will enjoy any activity that requires mental work to satisfy their curiosity. A good movie in the modern cinemas where you can have dinner and a nice glass of wine will delight them. After movies we must invite them to chat about the film - they enjoy an interesting conversation!

Cancer: The emotional Cancerian would love a traditional dinner at home prepared by us. If we prepare their favourite menu and decorate the table in a very romantic way we will make them feel loved.

Leo: This sign represents Joy and Romance ... So conquer them by taking them to the opera or the theatre! That is it! Treat them as the King or Queen of our life offering them our full attention!

Virgo: These analytical and logical people will enjoy their favourite restaurant where they know they will be well attended and where they know from experience that the food is delicious. Don’t experiment with their taste…

Libra: Art and Aesthetics are very important for Librans. Sharing love and ideas in a beautiful place selected by us will make them very happy ... live music, romantic atmosphere and where good manners and decor are part of the reputation of the place is a must.

Scorpio: The insightful Scorpions will enjoy a secret invitation taking them to a place where they don’t have any idea where they are going... to discover a dinner by candlelight even if it is at the back of the house and they are brought there blindfolded...

Sagittarius: We can satisfy the need for adventurous Sagittarians inviting them to explore a new exotic restaurant that transports them to a different culture with a menu offering varied aromas. Also, they will experience joy with a menu that we prepare ourselves and that they have never tasted before!

Capricorn: Their delicate palate needs an exquisite menu that shows the culinary art of the chef. However, an elegant table at home with their preferred menu can also please them.

Aquarius: A picnic watching a movie in an open air cinema so popular in an Australian summer like we have in Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. So, they will be amazed by getting their attention with your original idea.

Pisces: Anywhere near the Sea. We can invite them for a dinner cruise around the bay or at any restaurant of the coast where they can hear the sound of the sea that connects them with their spiritual peace. But as we all do not live near the coast… Home-made paella made with love will make them happy too.
