Venus started yesterday - May 29th, 2014 - its transit through one of its homes - the sign of Taurus - creating the need for beauty and aesthetics in our environment. NEW MOON IN GEMINI – May 29th, 2014 at 04:41 am in Sydney - Australia –Make a positive intention to improve communication and streamline our thinking.

On the afternoon of May 28^th, 2014, the Moon begins its transit through the sign of Gemini promoting communication and the exchange of ideas. Also we can get distracted with information but it encourages fluency in our process of thinking and giving out information. On May 29^th, 2014 at 04:41 am, the Moon will start a new cycle. The sun and moon join at 7 degrees of Gemini offering opportunities to work on our communication and thinking.

Astrology week: May 23 - 30, 2014 with Mars direct & the harmony between Jupiter & Saturn we can pursue strategies that will lead us to achieve a long term goal .

In Astrology, Mars, the red planet that represents our drive, courage and action will change to direct movement tomorrow May 20^th, 2014 allowing the energy to flow making it easier to make decisions and carry out our plans. Mars will be transiting the harmonious sign of Libra until July 26th of this month, pointing to the importance of developing the ability to engage in and make decisions that benefit not only ourselves but aligning with the wishes of those around us . Libra’s energy speaks about courtesy and kindness when carrying out our plans; why go search for what we want in a violent way or by imposing it on to others, when we could do it by considering the harmony of people we interact with to achieve the benefit for all?.

We are under a positive-realistic energy of the two teachers of astrology in harmony. In the Harvard Business Review published in the winter of 2011, I found a very useful article that I want to share , which describes the things successful people do differently based on the book " Success " written by Heidi Grant Halvorson Motivational Psychologist , summarised briefly here:

1. - Get Specific, with a clear idea of the success of the long-term plan.

2. - Seize the moment to act on your goals: we need to decide where and when, managing time and setting a schedule with the days and time that we must invest in the short term with a view to the ultimate goal.
3 - . Know exactly how far you have left to go, how much time we have to meet our objectives keeping track of our actions and to adjust behaviours necessary according to the circumstances as they arise.
4. - Be a realistic optimist. Put constant but motivated effort.
5. - Focus on getting better, rather than on being good. Develop skills that allow us to reach the goal. 
6. - Have grit. Be committed to our vision of what we want; persisting and facing any difficulty.
7 – Build the willpower muscle. Every goal has only tedious activities that practice speeds up our ability and allows us to move forward.
8 – Don’t tempt fate. Respect the limitations we have as a human being and do not formulate unattainable goals.
9 - . Focus on what you will do, not what you won’t do. Try not to engage in bad habits and find new activities to replace them.

All these steps are the message and the opportunity Saturn and Jupiter in harmony give us collectively; both offer us the ability to find our talents to develop skills that will lead to success while remaining positive and enthusiastic, because the effort will give us satisfaction. And not only that, but with Mars moving forward it really is the time to do it!

Astrología Semana 23 al 30 de Mayo 2014, con Marte en movimiento directo y la armonía entre Júpiter y Saturno podemos seguir estrategias que nos llevarán a lograr una meta a largo plazo.

1.- Ser específicos, con una clara idea del éxito del plan a largo plazo.

2.- Tomar las riendas para actuar sobre nuestros objetivos, manejando el tiempo y estableciendo un cronograma con los días y horas que debemos invertir a corto plazo con miras al objetivo final.

3.- Conocer exactamente cuánto tiempo tenemos para cumplir nuestros objetivos, es decir, mantener el seguimiento de nuestras acciones para ir ajustando comportamientos necesarios de acuerdo a las circunstancias que se van presentando.

4.- Ser un optimista-realista. Poner esfuerzo constante pero con motivación.

5.- Centrarnos en mejorar, no sólo en ser buenos. Es decir, desarrollar habilidades que nos permitan llegar a la meta.

6.- Demostrar aguante. Comprometernos con nuestra visión de lo que queremos, persistiendo y encarando cualquier dificultad.

7.- Desarrollar el músculo de fuerza de voluntad. Toda meta tiene actividades tediosas que solo la practica agiliza nuestra habilidad y nos permite seguir avanzando.

8.- No tentar al destino. Respetemos las limitaciones que tenemos como ser humano y no nos formulemos metas inalcanzables.

9.- Enfocarnos en lo que vamos a hacer, no en lo que no vamos a hacer. Tratemos de remplazar malos hábitos con nuevas actividades positivas para reemplazarlos.

 

Todos estos pasos son el mensaje y la oportunidad que nos brindan a nivel colectivo Saturno y Júpiter en armonía; ambos nos ofrecen la capacidad de encontrar nuestros talentos desarrollar las habilidades que nos llevarán al éxito manteniéndonos positivos y entusiastas, porque el esfuerzo nos brindará satisfacción. Astrology Weekend May 16th – 18th, 2014. Venus conjunct Uranus in Aries. Venus & Mars in opposition. Mercury in Gemini harmonises with Venus, Uranus and Mars.

Mars in Libra and Venus in Aries are walking the in the land of each other forming an opposition angle in our sky, which can influence the way we interact. Remember that opposites attract and if the cosmic lovers in Astrology - Venus and Mars - are opposite each other we can follow them to make sparks in our relationships. However, sparks can also be created with the energy of discussion. The harmony that both planets are having with Mercury transiting the sign of Gemini suggests that communication is our best tool to negotiate any differences.
