How interesting; today I had my mind very entertained, reading, studying and writing ... Fascinated with all my astrological literature and researching about solar and lunar eclipses, their differences and messages, especially the eclipse that will occur this Friday May 10, 2013 visible in Sydney - Australia.
I wondered why I was so mentally awake and what special events would be happening in the sky today? Well, at a collective level yesterday May 6 started the union of Mercury and Mars in the sign of Taurus! These two planets in conjunction (a few degrees and exactly at same degrees on Wednesday May 8, 2013) in Taurus, offers us the ability to write and especially to break down complicated concepts to make them simpler, helping us to communicate effectively. So, please do not waste this unique opportunity ... However, this astrological aspect also has its negative side, so we should be careful in the way we express ourselves, caring and controlling our aggression, satire and not exaggerating or offending by being extremely frank.

Maybe a stimulus in our environment can generate an idea to make us to take an action and bring about change.
We are in a period of eclipses indicating that we need to change not only in our society but on a personal level ... Also, Pluto and Uranus squares (astrological aspect of tension, 90 degrees apart) in our universe that will last until 2015, and is showing that we must make changes in our institutions and both economic and political systems to work better. However, this Friday May 10, 2013, in the morning – Sydney, Australia - we have a special opportunity to leave in the past something and make a change to get another direction under the Annular Solar Eclipse, which will occur at 19 degrees of Taurus.
Solar eclipses occur when the moon hides the sun from Earth's perspective. This is only possible during the New Moon phase. For this reason, we release that which keeps us stuck, and get out of the routine where we feel comfortable to try something new so we can move forward. The secret is to have a positive attitude freeing us from the constraints of the past and putting effort into making something new to grow.
